Welcome to Inner Circle Fitness

Dedicated to a higher level of wellness with a commitment to focused client development, individual attention, and the convenience of both private studio or in-home training.

Micro-Group

Our take on group training. We limit our class size to six participants, allowing our instructor to provide a higher-level of attention to each individual.

We offer 5 different types of MICRO-GROUP classes to ensure variety, fun, and faster results. Great for those with busy schedules.

NUTRITION

Our Licensed Nutritionist, educated in current nutritional science, helps the client navigate nutritional options to achieve weight/well-being goals.

The nutritionist will work with the client's trainer to ensure a well-rounded program is created/maintained, and adjusted as the client progresses.

PRIVATE

One-on-one personal training is our most specialized and client-focused program. We strategize with each client to identify goals during our bi-annual strategy sessions.

Each training session is interactive and tailored to the health history, exercise history, hobbies/activities, and overall fitness goals of the client.

SEMI PRIVATE

Experience all the benefits and features of our PRIVATE program with a friend. Partnership adds an incremental level of accountability and fun to your regimen.

We offer semi-private sessions at our well appointed studio, in the comfort of your home, or any other desired location.

STRETCH

Personally-focused 20 minutes sessions that will ease muscle tension, release joints stiffness, and leave the client feeling more loose and relaxed.

Increase energy, range of motion, and ease of movement are experienced after a session, and for days following. As one client put it "I feel like I just had a full body massage!"

THERAPY

Sue Kanter, MSPT is our in-house Physical Therapist with over 25 years of experience. Sue is dedicated to quality-care that is built around the client’s issues and desires.

Her goal is to help her client’s return to, and maintain, the quality of life once enjoyed. This is defined by the client and includes the fundamental activities of every day routines, to a fitness regimen, to keeping up with kids/grandkids, etc.

VITALITY

We extensively researched the latest scientific findings on aging, exercise, and nutrition to design our 60+ VITALITY program.

We incorporate exercises, drills, and games that are proven to improve balance, coordination, agility, ease of movement, and brain function. VITALITY helps our clients lead more purposeful and productive lives well into their later years.

YOGA

Our yoga classes follow Inner Circle's philosophy of highly-focused attention to each participant.

Unlike traditional yoga studios, we keep our classes small. This provides a comfortable space and enables our instructors to give you specific attention and insight, whether you are new or experienced with yoga.
