A Group Fitness Instructor with over 20 years of experience, Monica understands the importance of a healthy lifestyle and believes it is the foundation to being the best version of ourselves. She strives to facilitate and inspire each client’s specific strength, fitness, and nutritional goals, seeing these as an integral part of a roadmap to lifelong health, happiness, and well-being. Her motto: Keep moving in the ways that make you happiest! When Monica is not in the gym training, you can find her pursuing her love of the outdoors running trails, hiking, snowshoeing, paddling, or gardening. She also loves to enter races to collect “participatory bling” or jump into frozen lakes in memory and honor of her little sister Lisa, a Special Olympian.
