I wish you could know how many times I have silently thanked you over the past month for training me so well over the years. All that emphasis on upper body strength and balance is paying off each time I "sprint" down the hall with the walker. I'm just grateful that all these broken bones will eventually heal. Then will begin the long climb back to fitness, and I'll be counting on you!

I wasn't working fitness into my daily life. I knew I needed the accountability of a small group to make that happen. I was biking almost every day when the weather permitted but I wasn't getting any strength training in. I have tried all types of workout venues. This one is my favorite because of the small group accountability and the variety. The trainers are very efficient and organized. We accomplish in 30-45 minutes what most programs do in an hour!
