Renee has been actively and passionately involved in fitness for over 30 years. She started teaching aerobics and personal training at U.S. Swim and Fitness.
Renee was introduced to Pilates in 2006 and quickly realized that it was the perfect cross-training regime to strengthen, tone, and stretch the body and focus the mind. Renee received her Pilates mat certifications from both the PhysicalMind Institute and Balanced Body University (BBU). She also completed the comprehensive Pilates certification through BBU. She has taken many advanced education courses on special conditions (back, neck, shoulder, knees, etc). She is excited to work at ICF to share her love of Pilates, exercise, and overall well-being. |
